  36.  Since you *claim* you must use incorrect SCSI termination to get your setup
  37.  to work, I suggest you pull the termination off the 730, and replace the
  38.  termination on the MBR-7 with a quality ACTIVE termination pod, and replace
  39.  the -04 WD controller chip with one of your -08 chips.

  41.  Since you have THREE devices that make heavy use of reselection, and the -04
  42.  WD chips do not handle reselection properly, you only have one choice in this
  43.  matter.

  51.  Also, what backup software do you use? It could simply be a piece of crap ..
  52.  I highly recommend Diavolo Backup; there is a demo on the Aminet for it.
  53.  Be sure to download the 3.x revision .. the Aminet administrators forgot to
  54.  delete the older Diavolo when the new archive was uploaded.
